Breast Health is Prevention, Early Detection & Care

Building Risk-Informed Artificial Intelligence (AI) to ensure early detection of weak signals of breast cancer, 5 years before it occurs.

The Challenge

Every 14 seconds, a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer somewhere in the World according to the World Health Organization. Most breast tumors are discovered by women themselves although no necessarily through breast self-examination.

According to the World Health Organization, 18 to 30% of breast cancers are interval cancers, occurring between two breast screening mammograms.

Reducing global breast cancer mortality by 2.5% per year would avert 25% of breast cancer deaths by 2030 and 40% by 2040 among women under 70 years of age.

Our Solution

Breast Cancer is highly curable and it can be successfully treated if detected at an early stage. It can be even avoided through effective breast health education, awareness and prevention.

“Knowing My Normal” is the key component of the breast health awareness which is crucial to breast cancer risk prediction and early detection.

This is the heart of HOPE, the Smart Modular Breast Health Digital Clinic on Smartphone, which will be available in October 2025 for all women and their primary healthcare providers.

Our Mission

Building an integrated Smart Modular Breast Health Digital Clinic on Smartphone to empower patients to “Know their Normal” to stay healthy and safe, and implementing Trustworthy Risk-Informed Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help their primary healthcare providers to save lives with 5-year and 12-month breast cancer risk prediction and with early detection of weak signals of incubation of breast cancer before it occurs.

Let’s HOPE Together.

HOPE VALLEY AI has been founded in April 2024 in La Rochelle (France) by Dr Hakima BERDOUZ, CEA Researcher, and inventor of the patented HOPE technology which is the result of over 12 years of R&D at CEA Paris-Saclay. More than 3,5 years have been fully devoted to HOPE Deeptech maturation and building Trustworthy Risk-Informed Artificial Intelligence for HealthTech, with the support of CEA Paris-Saclay, Université Paris-Saclay, INRIA Start-up Studio Paris, AP-HP, Paris-Saclay Cancer Cluster and the Prevent2Care Lab Program.
